General Rules

1) Participants shall carry their own materials and instruments for the events. Only a few mandatory items only will be provided.
2) The organizers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the rules, if so required in the conduct of the events.
3) The participants are expected to exhibit exemplary behavior. Any sort of obscene or unacceptable behavior or using foul language on or off the stage is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate disqualification.
4) The participants shall strictly adhere to the schedules. Those who fail to report at the schedule time will be disqualified from participation.
5) Only 2 authors are allowed per each technical paper.
6) Each Participate is allowed to participate in a maximum of 3 events of their choice. This may vary for paper presentation contestants.
7) The registration Fee for each participant is Rs.100/-
8) The verdict of the judges shall be final and binding on all the participants.
